[Not fair! Not that you could tell she said those words, the way he's holding her mouth shut, but the idea comes across pretty clearly. He's always quiet and in complete control; blowing him with someone else in the room is hardly a challenge. He KNOWS she's a screamer! He's just barely teasing her right now and she's already whimpering deep in her throat.
