[She squeezes his hand and heads into the bathroom. She feels tingly and aware of her body in a way she hasn't been for awhile as she strips out of her clothes. Excitement. Not just need, not just tension, but actual excitement. And nervousness. She hasn't been nervous about sex in a long time. It's been perfunctory and utilitarian.
She resists the urge to touch herself, more out of self-consciousness than any kind of plan or necessity. Hesitates when she gets out of the shower — towel or clothes back on? Back on.
